The main natural compound that is used in this specialty balm is chaste berry otherwise known as Vitex agnus-castus. This has been used for thousands of years in the treatment of female issues such as PMS, menopause and other hormone related problems. The way to use “Hot Flash- Less” is to dab a little of the balm on the inside of your wrists, on the sides of your neck and behind the knees.
