Product Returns & Replacement Policy: Please note that our return policy must be strictly adhered to as stated in this paragraph. All return must be returned within thirty days of receipt of delivery of product or products and must be accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip or copy of that was sent to you with the product. It is advisable to contact customer service prior to returning product/products at service@bestbalms.com. Explain the problem and indicate what method of delivery will be utilized. Upon receipt of the returned product your account and/or credit card will credited for the amount of the original invoice.
