Strictly For Wholesale Customers - No Exceptions

Our policy for wholesale orders is simple! Each of our large cases contains 100 balm tins and will be shipped via United States Postal Service unless another carrier is otherwise requested via e mail to our service department. All large case orders will qualify for different discounts off of the “MSRP” of the product as indicated on the website and the discount will be automatically calculated in the shopping area (see below). Any order minimums can be changed without advanced notice. 1.) Wholesale Discount #1 - One to Three cases = 25% discount 2.) Wholesale Discount #2 = Four to Ten cases = 40% discount 3.) Wholesale Discount #3 = Eleven cases to One Hundred cases = 50% discount Any and all wholesale orders are available only to well established and licensed companies,retail stores, wholesalers, jobbers with a valid tax ID number. A completed Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate will be needed in order to purchase our products without being charged a sales and/or use tax. Some basic guidelines should be noted for all wholesale orders: One, upon completion of your first wholesale order the Uniform Sale & Use Tax Certificate will need to be submitted within two weeks for review and approval. Once you have been approved for future wholesale orders the customer number and password that has been initially assigned to you will be used on all subsequent orders. It is our policy not to allow any web based auction sales of any of our products. If this occurs we reserve the right to discontinue selling to the wholesaler that disregards our policy. All retail sales of our products are allowed and the pricing should reflect our manufacturer’s suggested retail pricing structure as indicated on our website. As indicated above our initial minimum wholesale order is four cases of half ounce, one ounce or two ounce balm tins. When ordering please include your customer number so the instant discount can applied to your order. Larger wholesale orders over 500 cases may be eligible for additional discounts and these will be determined on a company by company basis. With all international wholesale sales and the same discounts apply but due to different shipping methods and costs all orders will be subject to the different carrier costs. As with domestic wholesale sales a Uniform Sale & Use Tax Certificate will be needed to any future orders to be processed. For all international orders wire transfers, letters of credit, e checks or certified bank checks will be the only accepted methods of payment in addition to Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal. For international sales the minimum order is ten cases for the one & two ounce tins and twenty cases of the lip balms. All international orders of ten cases or more of one or two ounce tins or twenty cases of any lip balms will be given an instant 25% discount; on larger orders a 40% discount will apply. If your selling policies or marketing strategy is not in line with Best Balm’s overall marketing direction then we reserve the right to discontinue selling to the offending company. If we are back ordered we will notify you as to the situation and give you a realistic shipping date. If a product is discontinued there will be no more orders taken on that product unless there is a clearance sale devoted to that particular product. Most orders are processed and shipped out within three business days but on international orders the time period is seven to nine days. If you are located in the Continental United States and require a complete sample kit please go to our store after filling out the Uniform Tax & Use Tax Form. A $200 fee will be charged which includes all shipping costs and a sample kit will be shipped to you within five business days. One sample kit includes all 17 separate balms as indicated on our web site’s product pages. Please note that only one sample kit will be available per wholesale customer that has submitted to us their tax id number information prior to ordering. If you are an International wholesale customer a $50 shipping charge will be added to the total cost of the sample kit. Our return policy for wholesale orders is very simple. All sales are final and credit will be issued only for defective, damaged merchandise or incorrect products that were shipped to you. All claims for a refund or replacement must be made within five days of receipt of the shipped merchandise, no exceptions. Liability for merchandise qualifying for credit is limited to the value of the products and all shipping costs will be borne by Best Balms in the case of defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. All wholesale orders must be prepaid by credit card, certified bank check, e-check, letter of credit or wire transfer based upon the above terms and conditions. Orders paid by credit card, certified bank check will be released upon authorization of charges and/or receipt of certified bank check or e check.
